My team and I contracted a Mars rover mission using an iRobot as the rover. The scenario was a crash landing on Mars, and our job was to get the rover to traverse through rough terrain with short and tall rocks as well as a large crater to get to the desired landing zone. With the use of a mounted IR and sonar sensors on a servo, along with the iRobot's bump and cliff sensors, we were able to navigate the landscape's obstacles and reach the destination.
